Case Study
National housebuilders Mactaggart & Mickel commissioned L&M to develop and manage a GIS database for their extensive land holding throughout Scotland.
Initially we carried out surveys of all M&M’s active and strategic development sites, followed by detailed boundary assessments for identifying potential legal issues. Using Arc-View GIS software as a platform, a wide range of documents have since been collated, including title plans, title reports, legal documents, planning consents, RCC, draft local plans and consultants’ reports.
This is an on-going project with live updates which allow the M&M management team to access the latest information on all their sites simply at the click of a button.
