Project Surveyor (Wales)

L&M Surveys are looking to recruit suitably qualified surveyors for a long-term project in Wales & Borders.

The type of projects that will be undertaken are topographical surveys, control network establishment, railway surveys, monitoring and all associated office processing.

You will form part of an already substantial survey team with the back-up of a strong management team with a wealth of experience in this sector.

This permanent position is ideally suited for individuals based in Wales, or within easy travel distance. Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, although due to the nature of our business weekend work is likely to be required with overtime being paid over and above salary.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3 years surveying experience

• A good knowledge of the latest survey technology including:

• Robotic Total Stations & GPS receivers (Leica)

• AutoCAD experience

• LSS knowledge (preferred, but not essential)

The position attracts a top industry salary, for suitably qualified candidates and depending on experience, with an enhanced payment & bonus system to be discussed at the interview stage. A company vehicle, fuel card & laptop with post processing software will also be provided.
